Classes are built around clear instruction and well planned workouts, with coaches leading every session, demonstrating movements, offering cues, and providing modifications so training feels safe and doable.
You do not need prior experience or a fitness background. You show up, follow along, and build strength at a pace that makes sense.

Unique, challenging. Best gym we’ve ever attended. Small gym, but very well equipped. Smaller size = more friendly, close-knit groups and classes. Fun. Lots of free weights, which are incorporated into just about every class. Classes are never the same: you arrive not knowing quite what to expect other than that you will be tired and sweaty when you’re done. Trainers will modify weights and routines for people with different abilities, but in a manner that everyone can still work together. Top-of-the-line treadmills, rowers, ski ergs, assault bikes. Great staff who know how to push people without being over-the-top cheesy, like with some of the national chains.
