Our group program follows a 12-week cycle that builds skill, strength, and endurance through weekly progressions. You’ll always know what you’re training, how to scale it, and how to measure your progress.

 

Our workouts aren’t downloaded from a franchise or created in another country. Every program is written right here in Boise by coaches who know our people and what it takes to keep improving. What is group training at Motivate Fitness?

Group training is coached, progression-based strength and conditioning done alongside others in Garden City. You follow a structured plan, get expert coaching and form correction, and feed off the energy of the room.

Yes. Every movement is scaled to your level, so beginners and experienced members train safely in the same session. Most members started exactly where you are.

A typical class just runs you through a workout. Our group program follows a structured progression with real coaching, so you actually get stronger over time instead of doing random workouts.

Sessions are kept small enough that your coach knows your name, your goals, and how to adjust each exercise for you — you’re never just a number.

Do I need to be in shape before I join?

No. The whole point is to get you there. Your first session includes an assessment so we meet you where you are and build from there.

Most members train two to four times per week. Your coach helps you find the right frequency for your goals and recovery.

Comfortable clothes, supportive shoes, and water. Arrive a few minutes early and we’ll get you set up.
