It’s my first session at Motivate. What can I expect?

You’ll meet your coach, talk about your goals, and go through a short movement assessment so we know where to start. From there, we’ll guide you through your first workout at your pace — no pressure, no guessing, just good coaching and real support.

Our gym is designed for guided training, not open access. Every workout at Motivate is coached so you always know what to do and how to do it safely. If you’re looking for structure, accountability, and results, this is where you’ll find it.

Yes, bring one you like — staying hydrated is part of the work. We’ve got filtered water available for refills, and everything else you need for a solid training session.
