Our progression-based coaching builds real strength, energy, and confidence for your real life: keeping up with work, family, and everything else without running on empty. No. Mom’s Lift Club is a women’s strength community — open to every woman in Boise, with or without kids. We’re built with moms in mind and we specialize in pregnancy and postpartum, but you do not have to be a mom to train with us.
Not at all. We coach beginners every day. Every session is scaled to your level, so you’ll be challenged but never lost. Most of our members started exactly where you are now.
Yes — Mom’s Lift Club is a women’s-only strength program, coached in a welcoming, no-judgment space built for women. No egos, no intimidation, just strong women lifting together.
You’re in expert hands. Our coaches are certified in pre- and postnatal training, so we safely adapt your workouts to your stage and your provider’s clearance. Strength training is one of the best things you can do through pregnancy and recovery.
Yes — onsite childcare is available so you can train without the juggle. It’s one of the things our members love most.
You’ll meet your coach, talk about your goals, and go through a short movement assessment so we know where to start. From there, we’ll guide you through your first workout at your pace — no pressure, just good coaching and real support.
After your 2-week intro, your coach will recommend a membership that fits your goals, schedule, and budget — no pressure and no hard sell. You decide what comes next.

Once your provider clears you — usually around six weeks — we start gently, reconnecting your core and pelvic floor before building back to full strength.
