What to Expect in Mom's Lift Club

Mom Lift’s Club is designed to be challenging, engaging, and effective. Here’s a breakdown of what you can expect:

 

Warm-Up: Get moving, get loose, and get focused. We start with dynamic work that fires up your muscles, raises your heart rate, and gets your body ready to go.

Main Set : This is where the work happens. Strength, conditioning, and functional training come together to build muscle, stamina, and confidence. You’ll sweat, laugh, and find out what you’re capable of.

Cool Down : Finish strong, recover right. Mobility and recovery work keep you feeling good and ready for whatever’s next—inside or outside the gym.
