AO Fit classes are designed to be challenging, engaging, and effective. Here’s a breakdown of what you can expect:
Warm-Up (10-15 minutes): Every class starts with a dynamic warm-up to prepare your body for the workout ahead. Our warm-ups are designed to activate your muscles, increase your heart rate, and improve your range of motion.
Main Set (30-40 minutes): The main portion of the class focuses on full-body functional training. Whether it’s a strength day or a cardio day, our workouts are designed to challenge your muscles, improve your cardiovascular endurance, and enhance your overall fitness. You’ll perform a variety of exercises that target different muscle groups and energy systems.
Cool Down (5-10 minutes): We finish every class with a cool-down session to help your body recover and reduce the risk of injury. This includes stretching and mobility exercises to improve flexibility and promote relaxation.
